Privacy & protection policy
This notice explains how your skin health information is collected, protected, used, and shared — and the protections that apply to both you and your esthetician.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, intake answers, skin quiz results, consultation (SOAP) notes, skin photos you upload, product orders, shipping address, and payment status. We never store your card number — payments are processed by Stripe.
How it is protected
All records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Skin photos live in a private storage bucket that is never publicly readable. Database access rules restrict every record to you and your esthetician only. Access to sensitive actions is logged with a timestamp and actor.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your records, ask for corrections, withdraw photo/media consent, or ask us to delete your account and data at any time. Email preciousesthetics8@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
How we use and share it
Your information is used only to provide your consultation, home-care plan, and product orders. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that make the app work (secure hosting, Stripe for payments, shipping for your order) and only when the law requires it.
Protections for the esthetician
Virtual consultations, SOAP plans, and product guidance are skincare services — not medical diagnosis or treatment. Recommendations are educational and do not replace care from a physician or dermatologist. Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, medications, and medical conditions in their intake form, and for patch-testing new products. Consultation fees are non-refundable; appointments may be rescheduled free with 24 hours' notice.
